Why this camp is different
Not a grind. Not entertainment.
Most camps fall into two categories. They either overload you with football and run you into the ground… or they keep things light and entertaining without actually improving you.
This is neither. This camp is built differently. You get both sides of development, delivered at a high level - elite physical development and high-level technical & mental coaching. Speed, power and movement that transfers to the game. Technical work that actually shows up under pressure.
Two specialists. One environment.
What you’ll work on
Three sides. One complete player.
Technical
Technical and position-specific development. 1v1 ability and decision-making. Confidence on the ball and composure under pressure.
Physical
Speed, power and movement patterns that transfer to the pitch. Individual physical assessment and feedback, built on methods used with players at the highest level.
Mental
The mental approach to the game. How to compete, how to think, and how to carry yourself in a high-level environment - the side of the game that usually gets ignored.
You’ll not only train - you’ll understand what you need to improve and how to do it.
Led by
Your Coaches
Baller Blueprint is the product of two specialist coaches who have come together to harness elite development.

James Ralph
Elite Performance Coach - Speed, Power & Strength
Athletes Edge was founded by a performance coach working daily with professional footballers across the Premier League and top leagues worldwide. It exists to bridge the gap between what elite players actually do and what serious athletes should be doing.
Over the past decade, James has worked 1-1 with top-level professionals, including players who have won the Champions League, Euros and World Cup. Alongside his in-person work, he programs remotely for elite first team ballers from some of the biggest leagues of world football.
His approach is shaped by environments where performance is measured and results matter. Build stronger, faster, more powerful, more resilient athletes using methods that actually transfer to the pitch. Strip away the noise. Focus on what works.

Alex Popa
Elite Technical & Mental Coach
Alex has worked with professional footballers across the Premier League, MLS, Champions League and international level. He has privately trained a wide range of top-level players from across Europe and beyond, including athletes competing for national teams across multiple countries.
As a former USA youth international and high-level competitor himself, Alex understands what it takes - not just technically, but mentally. He is known for his ability to simplify the game, breaking down complex situations into clear, actionable feedback that players can immediately apply.
Whether it’s 1v1 dominance, confidence on the ball, or decision-making under pressure, Alex delivers exactly what each player needs. No generic coaching. A personalised approach that meets the player where they are and pushes them forward.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions.
Everything you need to know before you reserve your spot.
01What level does my child need to be at to attend?
add
What level does my child need to be at to attend?
No level required.
This is about attitude. If your child wants to be there and takes their development seriously, they belong here.
Ability doesn't matter as much as mindset. Show up ready to work, listen, and apply yourself.
02What's the difference between the Youth Camp and the Pro Camp?
add
What's the difference between the Youth Camp and the Pro Camp?
The Youth Camp is for 9-14 year old players who want to train with pro coaches in an age-appropriate setting.
The Pro Camp is different entirely. Pro-level players only, small group, by private application.
It's not an experience. It's training - run during their World Cup break.
03There are a lot of camps in Michigan. What actually makes this different?
add
There are a lot of camps in Michigan. What actually makes this different?
The roster of players we work with answers that.
Baller Blueprint is trusted by some of the best players on the planet, in season, every season. The methods you'll see here are the same methods used with them.
Less noise. More results.
04How do I apply for the Pro Camp?
add
How do I apply for the Pro Camp?
Hit the “Apply Privately” button on the Pro Camp tier.
You'll fill out a short form. If you're a suitable fit, more information is shared privately.
Pro Camp isn't public and isn't for everyone. It's a small, closed group.
05Is this a one-off, or are more Baller Blueprint camps coming?
add
Is this a one-off, or are more Baller Blueprint camps coming?
This is the first of many. More USA cities will follow.
Alongside the camps, Baller Blueprint is launching a Skool - a blend of education, technical, tactical and physical development that players can access anywhere in the world, all season long. Camp attendees get a special discount.
06Will players be split into age or ability groups?
add
Will players be split into age or ability groups?
Yes. Players are split into two groups so coaching is pitched at the right level for where they're at. Nobody's drifting. Nobody's overwhelmed. Every player gets coached to the standard they need.
07My child is nervous about training in a “professional” environment - what should I tell them?
add
My child is nervous about training in a “professional” environment - what should I tell them?
Don't be nervous. Apply yourself, soak up the environment, and have fun.
Professional environments aren't about intimidation. They're about focus, standards and getting better. If your child shows up ready to work, they'll love it.
08What are the drop-off and pick-up times? Can parents watch?
add
What are the drop-off and pick-up times? Can parents watch?
Players are split into age groups to ensure the best coaching environment:
- Ages 9-11: 11:00am - 1:00pm
- Ages 12-14: 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time to allow for a smooth check-in and warm-up. Parents are welcome to stay and watch, but we ask that this is done from the side of the pitch to maintain a focused and professional training environment.
09What happens if my child can't attend at the last minute?
add
What happens if my child can't attend at the last minute?
Due to limited spaces and the nature of the camp, bookings are non-refundable.
However, if your child is unable to attend, we will offer a credit toward a future camp, which can be used at a later date.
